About Us

Western Arkansas Apprenticeship Program @ NorthWest Arkansas Community College

Western Arkansas Apprenticeship Program is a US DOL Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor that provides Related Technical Instruction at NorthWest Arkansas Community College. Our Apprenticeship classes are taught by licensed Plumbers and Electricians working in the trade by day and teaching the next generation of plumbers and electricians in our evening classes. 


How do you get started?

1. Apply to Western Arkansas Apprenticeship Program

2. Submit a Career Credit Application to NWACC for your RTI classes

3. Register for RTI classes 


Need to apply for RTI classes with WAAP at NWACC?

WAAP Related Technical Instruction classes for apprenticeship are offered through the non-credit division of NWACC

Career Credit Application @ NWACC

Ready to enroll for next term with WAAP at NWACC?

You'll need your NWACC username and password to login to the new Workday system
